Rios Law Firm has been serving Southern California clients for almost 20 years.

Attorney Manuel Armando Rios established Rios Law Firm in the early 1990’s, after joining the California Bar.

In the mid 1980’s, Attorney Rios practiced as a Worker’s Compensation Law Representative.

Previous to that, Attorney Rios worked as a Texas Peace Officer with the El Paso Texas Police Department in the early 1970’s.

Attorney Rios began his legal career in the United States Army where he worked in the Provost Marshall’s office. He also did tours of duty in Vietnam (’68-’69) and in Germany (’70).
