FOUNDING ATTORNEY

Attorney Manuel Armando Rios is the founding attorney of Rios Law Firm in San Diego, CA. Attorney Rios began his legal career in the United States Army, working in the Provost Marshall’s Office. He also served two tours of duty, one in Vietnam (’68-’69) and the other in Germany (’70). In the early 1970’s Rios was a Texas peace officer with the El Paso Texas Police.

OFFICE MANAGER & STAFF LEGAL ASSISTANT

Maria G. Rios has worked side-by-side with Attorney Rios for 23 years. As the Office Manager and Staff Legal Assistant, Maria works daily to ensure the law office runs smoothly and clients are kept well-informed. Maria’s primary goal is to create fluid and consistent communication among clients and Attorney Rios.  Her law office management responsibilities include client trust accounting and client liaison as well as frequent follow-ups with clients to make sure they receive the attention they need. Maria also works to ensure all office-related matters are efficiently completed with precision. Her presence offers clients a unique option of communication. Maria is often referred to as the friendly, knowledgeable “go-between” for all communication among office personal, clients and Attorney Rios.
